BUYERS/LENDER:

Our fee for a buyer/lender representation is typically $850* plus expenses.

Our services include:

Review of the Offer to Purchase;

E

Draft and/or negotiate the Purchase and Sale Agreement;

E

Obtain and review Title Examinations, Plot Plans, and Municipal Lien Certificates;

E

Review of Closing Documents;

E

Certification of Title; and

E

Issuance of Owners and Lenders Loan Policies.

SELLERS:

Our fee for a seller representation is typically $900.00*.

Our services include:

E

Review of Current Owner Title;

E

Review of Offer to Purchase;

E

Draft and negotiate the Purchase and Sale Agreement;

E

Draft of Quitclaim Deed and any other applicable documents (Certificate of Trust, Power of Attorney, Estate Tax Affidavit, etc.);

E

Obtain payoffs, if applicable; and

E

Attend closing with seller (or on behalf of seller under Power of Attorney).
